Tropical Depression 2, Visible, 4:03 PM EST. TD2 formed late last night and made landfall in Texas late this morning. This storm is bringing heavy rain to areas already drenched from Alex. Many areas in Texas are under flood warnings and can expect upwards of 6 inches of rain.
