Eastern Atlantic Ocean, Infrared (colored), 2:00 PM EST. This is a tropical wave that just exited off of the African coast which has a heavy amount of convection and good circulation. There is no shear in its vicinity and many of the models develop it into a Tropical Storm later this week.
