Tropical Storm Conson, Infrared (colored), 4:32 PM EST. TS Conson is now approaching Vietnam after leaving 20 dead in the Philippines. Conson should make landfall near the Vietnamese-Chinese border within 60 hours. It has sustained winds of 70 MPH and is expected to weaken before landfall.
