Tropical Wave, Infrared (colored), 7:15 PM EST. This broad tropical disturbance is bringing heavy rain to Haiti and Cuba while throwing up a good amount of convection. If it does try to organize then its center of circulation will likely form near the convection just south of Jamaica.
