Tropical Depression 3, Infrared (colored), 4:15 PM EST. TD3 continues to organize itself and is headed towards the Keys. Tropical Storm have been issued for the Bahamas and parts of Florida including Miami and Key West. TD3 has sustained winds of 35 MPH and is expected to strengthen before landfall in the Keys.
