Tropical Depression 4, Water Vapor, 12:15 PM EST. TD 4 formed in the eastern Atlantic early this morning. It’s expected to be named Tropical Storm Colin sometime later today or tomorrow. Right now the future track of TD 4 is uncertain and could hit anywhere from Florida to North Carolina. Some models are even calling for TD 4 to recurve out to sea, some have it hitting Bermuda. Since landfall is over a week out these models should be taken lightly and the situation should be monitored.
