Tropical Storm Colin, 5 Day Forecast, August 6th. Tropical Storm Colin has regenerated after being sheared apart a couple days ago. Colin has sustained winds at 45 MPH but almost no cloud cover due to heavy shear. Colin is headed towards Bermuda and could make landfall early tomorrow morning. He should then move toward Newfoundland then die somewhere in the North Atlantic.
